Sainsmart Competition T&Cs

By entering the competition you agree to the following terms and conditions.

JDD refers to James Dean Designs Limited. Winner refers to the person who was randomly selected to win the Prize. Prize refers to one of the Sainsmart Genmistu Pronax machines.

Entering the competition only gives you a chance to win the Prize, no Prizes are given just for entering.

Communication to the winners will ONLY come from my main account.

The giveaway is open to legal residents aged 18 or older in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and eligible European countries to which SainSmart can legally ship the prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Prize Availability & Shipping:

  • PRONAX is currently in the pre-order stage. Giveaway winners acknowledge that prizes may not be available for immediate shipment.
    Current estimated prize shipment is late October to early November 2026, but this timing is an estimate only and may change due to production, logistics, customs, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. SainSmart will communicate directly with the winners regarding prize availability and shipment.
  • Winners are responsible for providing a valid shipping address in an eligible territory. Any taxes, duties, or other charges required by local law that are not expressly covered by SainSmart are the responsibility of the winner.

One entry per person on each platform. Duplicates will be removed.

The competition is not associated with any of the platforms they operate on including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Rumble and Patreon.

Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, JDD is not responsible for an alternative.

The Prizes may be shipped without full insurance and JDD will not be liable should anything happen to the parcel once it has been collected by or delivered to the courier.

If the Winner country has rules/laws about being taxed on gifts, it is the Winners responsibility to ensure this is dealt with correctly.

Prize will be sent in accordance with Sainsmart shipping policies. If a Winners delivery address is a country that may charge taxes or duties on gifts once entering the county, it will be the Winners responsibility to pay these. Prize may be withheld by your local authorities if these taxes are not paid.

I am unable to assist where the Prize is being held by customs and import agencies.

Name, addresses, phone number and email address will be required in order to ship the Prize.

The giveaway will end once JDD pins a comment saying NOW CLOSED below the video. No entries after that point will be included.

The Prizes will be awarded to randomly selected Winners who have entered correctly. JDD will not be held liable if the named Prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

JDD will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. JDD takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond JDD’s reasonable control, JDD reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

No purchase necessary. Winner will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

JDD’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
